Dali Street Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan
The Dali Street neighborhood was once an industrial area,as a consequence,the
current surroundings of the area has low living quality and lack adequate public
facility.The Bureau of Urban Development is considering transforming the area
function as the gateway into Taipei City,an obvious candidate since this
location is conjunction of the MRT,railway and expressway systems.Furthermore,in
response to the need from community and preserve the residential status of
certain neighborhoods,city government use “Transfer of Development Right”
mechanism to gain new park,apply bonus for new building floor area ratio and
support “community planner” to increase community identify.
