Urban Renewal Application
Urban Renewal Act
To encourage private peresons to participate in urban renewal , the National Urban Renewal
Act was promulgated on September 11 1998. The Act set out the government's vision for
improving housing quality and using renewal applications to encourage private
sector participation in urban renewal.
